[HCoop-Discuss] low-bandwidth streaming radio station?

I agree with Adam, but F.W.I.W., I would like to state that as a member, 
I would have no problem with someone running something like this as long 
as it didn't pose an obvious risk or drain a large amount of system 
resources. A 16kbps stream wouldn't do much of either, I suppose.
