Unless you have a deal with royalty organizations like ASCAP, the 
artists themselves, or the music
is an original of your own, there are substantial legal implications to 
simply streaming
music from hcoop's servers.

I'll allow someone with more technical experience reply as to whether or 
not hcoop.net's
infrastructure can handle it.
