[HCoop-Discuss] Terms of Service

Here are the terms of service from Peer1.  Anyone interested 
(particularly Adam, Davor, admins) please look them over and see 
anything that should be added or revised.  I couldn't find anything 
about power so I think I should make sure that it says 10 amps.  I have 
to run out now, but I'll look over it more closely later.  This should 
go out in the next couple of days, ideally.

Also Adam, payment requires credit card authorization, so when I send 
that in I'll either have to get that info from you or have you fax the 
authorization in separately if you have time.
