No. Every state, including Pennsylvania, where HCOOP is incorporated, has
a law requiring that any corporation either incorporated in the state or
doing business there as a foreign corporation have an address within the
state where process can be served. Basically, so that if anyone
(including the state itself) has a lawsuit or a judgment against the
corporation, they can give written notice to satisfy constitutional due
process requirements. In Pennsylvania (as in most states), this address
must either be an office of the corporation or a licensed registered agent
with which the corporation has an agreement to accept service on its
behalf. Basically this is just a glorified mail-forwarding service.
