Yay!  And we have a master, nice!  I was using larry/lyrra as upstream
until now.  I'm a bit puzzled about "master" as I'm also carrying the
attached what I called "robin's patch".

(I had version where instead of commenting-out [un]request_sigio, I
brought those functions back in src/sysdeps.c (essentially reverting
part of 1911b196c3265f8d3bb47534e9cd2cab560b4918, as I saw later, which
is probably wrong; I'm still blissfully ignorant about guile-emacs).
