[Bond-users] Can't compile bonddb

Yes, there were some warnings. The list was very long.. As for libpq-dev, I
have not checked, but I suppose they are present, because I compiled
postgresql myself. And of course I cannot exclude POSTRGRES, and that's
the backend I am going to use.
