It runs standalone, only requires gtk runtime. The WS2_32.DLL is windows 
socket library, are you running it on windows XP? The email component 
(scons EMAIL=1 ) requires windows XP to run, but the non email build 
doesnt need windows XP.

GTK 2.10 runtime envoriment is needed, google for gtk 2.10 windows.

Theres a standalone installer including postgresql on our site which 
installs all the needed prerequiests. Go to 
www.treshna.com/software/gym, select download and it has a binary exe 
file there that installs everything you need. 
But you sound like your pretty close so you proberly dont need this. 

What is the target platform?
