[Oct. 17 Seattle] Meeting process

That sounds good to me--seconding of proposals (at least ones that go  
beyond some basics we've already decided), prior to discussion.

I am also available to co-chair, so unless there is an objection,  
what if you and I do it again.  I can meet you around 6, somewhere  
near Miller.
