I think "build a real antiwar movement".  I agree "militant" is subject
to all sorts of interpretations.  By "real" I'm thinking of people who
have been disoriented by the Obama presidency and taking on the
Afghanistan "good war" thing.

I think this is mostly good, only I would replace the last sentece
("Step up work to build a militant anti-war movement!") with a more
general "Build the anti-war movement!"  I agree with the original
sentence, but think many will misunderstand what is meant by "militant."
