</div>Whole numbers for mashing are achieved using celcius as well -- we<br>
conventionally mash at what are whole degrees in Fahrenheit because it's<br>
convenient for the temperature scale we use; European homebrewers use<br>
whole Celcius degrees since it's convenient for them.<br>
