After a few hours of work, I managed to get Moin 1.9 working and figure<br>
out a migration path from 1.7 (the version on mire) to 1.9.<br>

Unfortunately, doing so required changing the moinMoin action a bit -- I<br>
renamed the current version moinMoinOld / addMoinMoinOld and updated<br>
everyone's config that has a wiki. Upshot: in theory you no longer need<br>
to configure things like the url_prefix for everything to Just Work<br>
(tm), and there's a handy constant that defines the default static files<br>
root.<br>
<br>
The moinMoinOld action explicitly creates a vhost on mire which should<br>
ease the transition for some members. The new moinMoin action should<br>
also work on mire if you're not completely ready to take the plunge.<br>
<br>
I've updated the MemberManual and the migration guide to reflect the<br>
latest changes. If you are using Moin, you should be able to upgrade and<br>
are encouraged to do so for a noticeable performance boost.<br>
