I apologize for the delay in working on this redesign. I have it to a point where I need some help plugging content in. Here's what I've done so far. I'm open to more suggestions on the organization, but I'm about through with the layout and design unless people have major problems with it.<br>

</div>I think a lighter background would make the text more readable,<br>
especially if you end up taking the main content out of the white box. I<br>
changed the background of the redesigned portal to #DFEFDF -- you could<br>
use that if it works, or else I'll change the portal to match the main<br>

Lucida is non-free and isn't available on many GNU/Linux systems. Is<br>
there a free alternative that could be embedded with @font-face?<br>

Also, I like the "hcoop" graphic, but HCoop has so far always described<br>
itself as "The Internet Hosting Cooperative," not just as a Web hosting<br>
cooperative. WDYT about changing the text to just "the hosting<br>
cooperative" or similar? That should still fit next to the "p".<br>
