<html>I mentioned the LogOut placement as example of how a simple misplaced link can make poor page usability...On the current portal, which uses only left half of window, if the "Stat's/Puplic pgs/Misc/Other serv" groups were placed on right half, it would fit just fine on one page and would not, IMHO, be crowded at all.
