Two points:
1-- We've been doing a relaxed/simple Robert's rules format which I think is effective. We did check with the group on that which is good-- I want to remind us to check with group each time, because especially as meetings hopefully get larger there may be people present who prefer other approaches like consensus.

2-- Since we are doing robert's rules at this point I suggest we do the thing where proposals get seconded to put them on the floor. The purpose isn't some formality-- it's to help the group focus on the particular business at hand at that moment.

Also I can co-chair/facilitate again if that's what people want. Whoever co-chairs are should meet before meeting starts. That helped last time.
--Anton

http://vvawai.org http://vfp92.org
